Take I-70 E to Adams Dairy Pkw. Turn Left. Go under the bridge and turn Right on Jefferson. Go past the lake and turn left on Valley Ridge. Take the 2nd to the last right on Valley Ridge Circle.  The gym is the last building on the left.

Take I-70 W to Grain Valley Exit.  Go right, then turn left  on the Outter Road ( Jefferson) going west immediatley. Turn RIGHT on Valley Ridge. Then take your 2nd to the  last right on Valley Ridge Circle. The gym is the last building on the left.
